Welcome to Bona Vista Condominiums a community of 252 condos.

We are centrally located in Florida in the community of Altamonte Springs with amenities including a pool, volley ball court and other various amenities.

In addition, the Bona Vista community website is available to all residents. Once logged in as a registered user, you are granted access to the calendar, special community announcements, and upcoming events. The  website also holds documents such as our Declaration and Bylaws (Rules and Regulations) for your perusal. 

AMC Movie theater, Altamonte Mall, Fox Tail Coffee, Starbucks, San Jose's Mexican, Zaza New Cuban and a variety of restaurants for all taste's. CVS, Publix, beautiful parks. Crane's Roost Park is known for it's wonderful July 4th event along with other activities held throughout the year.

Sea World, Disney World, Universal Studios, International Drive with its many attractions, are all approximatley 25 miles away. Cocoa Beach and world famous Ron Jon's is a little over an hour away.
